《全球供應鏈促進報告》是中國國際貿易促進委員會的研究成果，是中國國際供應鏈促進博覽會的旗艦報告，作為「鏈博智慧」的重要成果，從全球視角開展供應鏈促進研究，為全球供應鏈研究提供了全新視角和分析方法。《全球供應鏈促進報告2026》作為該系列報告的第四本，在傳承往期成果優勢的基礎上迭代升級，明確全球供應鏈促進的核心意義，聚焦全球供應鏈格局演變，運用中國貿促會研究院自主研發的全球供應鏈促進分析模型，分析並總結全球供應鏈促進體系的最新動態與演化規律，在此基礎上提出全球供應鏈促進的對策建議，系統梳理中國在保障全球供應鏈穩定暢通、推動全球供應鏈協同合作、完善全球供應鏈治理環境等方面的重要舉措、實踐成果與經驗啟示，以及為全球供應鏈促進帶來的機遇，並圍繞第四屆鏈博會重點設置的數字科技鏈、先進位造鏈、綠色農業鏈、健康生活鏈、智能汽車鏈、清潔能源鏈六大鏈條，選擇人工智慧、3D列印、玉米、鋼鐵、氫能、海洋運輸等代表性產品和服務為研究對象，繪製相應的供應鏈圖譜，深入解析各條供應鏈的發展現狀、全球促進政策與中國實踐。

中國國際貿易促進委員會（簡稱「中國貿促會」）成立於1952年，是黨和政府聯繫工商界的重要紐帶、境內外工商界開展經貿交流合作的重要橋樑、服務高水平開放和對外工作大局的重要力量，在服務加快構建新發展格局中肩負重要使命、發揮重要作用。
