本教材旨在梳理中國與非洲國家的經貿合作關係，系統總結中國與非洲國家在重點行業與關鍵領域所取得的成就。從中國與非洲在產業、基礎建設、貿易、投資等方面的合作關係出發，引導學生客觀公正地看待中非經貿合作發展，認識中非雙方共建「一帶一路」、構建人類命運共同體的重要意義。

黃玉沛，男，漢族，1987年9月生於山東省菏澤市，中共黨員。畢業於上海師範大學非洲研究中心，先後獲得碩士和博士學位，現為浙江師範大學經濟與管理學院、中非國際商學院講師，主要從事中非經貿合作、非洲經濟史研究。主持浙江省哲學社會科學研究基地規劃課題(省部級)1項，出版有《中國民營企業投資非洲寶典》一書，在國內外學術刊物上發表論文10余篇。2012年卜3月在非洲波札那大學交流學習，2014年9月至2015年8月在非洲剛果(布)馬利安·恩古瓦比大學孔子學院擔任漢語教師志願者，多次訪問非洲。
