2023年是共建「一帶一路」倡議提出十周年。秉持共商共建共享原則，拉丁美洲和加勒比國家積極熱烈響應，成為共建「一帶一路」倡議不可或缺的重要參與方。隨著高質量共建「一帶一路」關係走深走實，中拉關係邁入新的發展階段，為南南合作樹立了典範。尤其是「頂層設計」讓資源稟賦、經濟結構高度互補的中拉「天然合作夥伴」關係發展駛入快車道。在共建「一帶一路」倡議的統領下，中拉「五通」合作取得了豐碩的成果，合作紅利切實造福彼此社會經濟發展和雙方的民生福祉，不斷滿足中拉雙方人民對美好生活的共同追求。展望未來，中國與拉美和加勒比國家應進一步推動政治互信和戰略對接，不斷加強契合社會發展需求的互聯互通，加快構建綠色經濟紐帶，努力建設更為開放包容的貿易投資環境，持續深化衛生健康共同體建設，為夯實中拉全面合作夥伴關係、構建中拉命運共同體作出新的更大貢獻。
