本書是《新發展階段企業的機遇與創新——藍迪平台企業發展報告（2021）》的同內容英文版。自2015年以來，藍迪國際智庫在專註共建「一帶一路」合作研究的同時，還高度關注我國產業和企業的發展，形成了由高質量的企業組合的企業平台。該平台對第四次產業革命過程中湧現出來的新興技術型企業，開展了「挖掘、培育、推介」等系列工作，為諸多「隱形冠軍」企業的成長和發展提供了智力與資源的支持，形成了較為完善的平台服務體系。截至2021年底，藍迪平台已匯聚了412家企業、32家合作機構、73位國內外專家學者、100余位行業及企業專家，並與國內8個城市建立了戰略合作夥伴關係。藍迪國際智庫發布的2021年平台企業發展報告，主要介紹了藍迪平台企業的產業布局，以及平台為企業和產業優化升級及可持續發展提供智力支持的相關工作。藍迪企業平台的主要工作集中在政策引導、金融支持、地方產業導入、國際合作和資源配套支持等方面。
