蔣鵬，男，1987年10月出生，企業管理學博士，應用經濟學博士后，現為山東大學商學院供應鏈管理專業教師，碩士生導師。中國優選法統籌法與經濟數學研究會灰色系統專業委員會理事、中國太平洋學會東北亞日本海研究分會理事，並擔任國際期刊Journal of Management andDecision Sciences執行主編，SCI收錄期刊Grey Systems:Theory and Applications 編委會委員，Journal of the OperationalResearch Society、InternationalJournal of Production Research、Journal of cleaner production、Journalof Information Science and Engineering等SSCI/SCI期刊審稿人。主要研究方向為：多屬性決策、物流與供應鏈管理、灰色系統理論等。
