    本書內容主要從絲綢之路的起源發展、經濟貿易、文化傳播、沿線樞紐、海上絲路、絲路傳奇、絲路復興等幾個宏觀角度切入,每個部分又選取具有代表性的微觀層面展開闡釋。突出歷史重點,完整梳理古代中國絲綢之路歷史,同時綜合中西方的歷史視角進行聯和敘事,關注中西交往、各國史實史料記載、文化交流互鑒所產生的影響等。另外還會重點關注對「絲綢之路」歷史的完整性補充,結合「一帶一路」倡議提出及多年以來的發展,關注絲綢之路的現代發展及未來方向。去粗取精,以小體量文本精簡承載大曆史內容,力求歷史脈絡邏輯嚴整,內容豐富簡練,系統呈現絲綢之路的前世今生。

    武斌,歷史文化學者,研究員。南開大學哲學系畢業,曾任遼寧社會科學院副院長、瀋陽市文史研究館副館長、瀋陽故宮博物院院長,兼任中國中外關係史學會副會長、遼寧省文聯副主席等。現為北京外國語大學中華文化國際傳播研究院特聘教授、上海師範大學絲綢之路研究中心研究員、黑河學院遠東研究院客座教授。     主要從事中國文化史和中外文化交流史研究,已出版著作數十種,近年出版的主要有:《故宮學與瀋陽故宮》《絲綢之路全史》《絲綢之路史話》《文明的力量——中華文明的世界影響力》以及隨筆集《從歌德的書房向外望去》等。其中《絲綢之路全史》入選2018年度30本中國好書,《文明的力量——中華文明的世界影響力》入選新聞廣電報2019年度好書。
