王戰軍,1956年生,現任北京理工大學學位與研究生教育研究中心主任,教授、博士生導師;清華大學教授、博士生導師;教育部高等教育教學評估中心副主任。
30多年來,一直從事高等教育管理、教學、科研與評估研究;主要研究方向為主要研究方向為高等教育管理與評估、教育發展戰略、管理信息系統等;曾策劃、研製並組織開展多項全國學位與研究生教育評估項目;組織參與多項全國高等教育評估項目;主持參與並完成國家自然科學基金和國家社會科學基金項目9項;發表論文90多篇,其中代表性的有:《中國高等教育質量保障的新理念和新制度》(《清華大學教育研究》2014.3)、《加強研究生教育科學研究促進研究生教育改革與發展》(《學位與研究生教育》2014.8)、《我國研究生教育的國際影響力》(《國家教育行政學院學報》,2013.2)、《研究生教育評估新思維》(《清華大學教育研究》,2012.1)、《研究生質量評估:模型與框架》(《高等教育研究》,2012.3)、《建立健全新時期研究生教育質量保障體系》(《中國高等教育》2012.6)、《中國高水平大學50強》(《教育研究》,2010.10);出版著作多部,代表性的有《中國研究生教育研究進展報告(2013)》《中國研究生教育質量年度報告(2013)》《學位與研究生教育評估理論與方法》《研究型大學與高等教育強國》、The Construction and Development of Research UniversitiesinChina,《學位與研究生教育評估技術與實踐》等。
