    夏虹，女，工學博士，教授，博士生導師，現工作于哈爾濱工程大學核科學與技術學院。在核動力裝置的安全可靠性、狀態監測及故障診斷、運行模擬、系統建模方法研究以及信號處理等方面進行了長期、深入的研究，主持和承擔了國防預研、國家自然科學基金、國家重點實驗室基金等多項科研項目，獲得國家級科技進步二等獎1項，省部級科技進步獎6項；發表學術論文90余篇，出版教材和學術著作4部；指導博士、碩士研究生70餘人，獲得黑龍江省第八屆高等學校教學名師獎獎勵。主持國家級、省部級教改項目多項，獲得國級教學成果二等獎1項，黑龍江省教學成果一等獎1項，二等獎1項。     現任教育部高等學校教學指導委員會創新方法教學指導分委員會委員、中國核能行業協會專家委員會委員、國防科技工業核動力技術創新中心專家委員會專家、教育部學位與研究生教育發展中心學位論文評審專家、國家自然科學基金評審專家、中國大學教學雜誌審稿專家、原子能科學技術審稿專家及編委、工業和信息化教育期刊編委。
