劉曉明
畢業於大連外國語大學，獲美國塔夫茨大學弗萊徹法律與外交學院碩士學位。1974年開始外交生涯，先後在非洲、美洲、亞洲、歐洲四大洲常駐，曾任外交部北美大洋洲司副司長、駐美國使館公使、駐埃及大使、甘肅省省長助理、中央外辦副主任、駐朝鮮大使、駐英國大使。現任中國政府朝鮮半島事務特別代表、外交部外交政策咨詢委員會大使委員。
曾獲美國弗萊徹院長勛章、朝鮮民主主義人民共和國一級友誼勛章、美國弗萊徹1947屆紀念勛章、英國四十八家集團俱樂部中英關係傑出貢獻終身成就獎、英國諾丁漢大學榮譽法學博士學位、英國倫敦金融城榮譽市民、英國哈德斯菲爾德大學榮譽博士學位。
著有《大使講中國故事》(2022年，中信出版集團)、《尖銳對話》(2022年，北京出版集團)、《有問必答》(2024年，北京出版集團)、《大使講中英關係》(2024年，中信出版集團)。
