張伯禮,1948年2月出生於天津,中國中醫科學院院長,天津中醫藥大學校長、教授、博士生導師,中國工程院院士,國家重點學科「中醫內科學」學科帶頭人,中國中西醫結合學會副會長,中華中醫藥學會副會長,《國家中長期科技發展規劃綱要(2006—2020)》「重大新葯創製」專項技術副總師。張院士從醫40余年,主要從事中西醫結合防治心腦血管疾病和中醫藥現代化研究,連續承擔兩批973項目,培養博士、碩士研究生150余名;獲國家科技進步獎5項,省部級科技進步一、二等獎20項,獲何粱何利基金醫學藥學獎;還獲得了國家有突出貢獻的中青年專家、全國先進工作者、全國衛生系統先進工作者、全國優秀科技工作者、全國傑出專業技術人才等榮譽稱號。享受國務院政府特殊津貼。
