楊丹，北京外國語大學校長、黨委副書記、教授、博士生導師，西南財經大學教授，四川大學客座教授，享受國務院「政府特殊津貼專家」，國家「萬人計劃」哲學社會科學領軍人才，「全國百篇優秀博士論文」指導教師，中宣部文化名家暨「四個一批」人才人選，國家「百千萬工程國家級人才」人選，教育部「跨世紀優秀人才支持計劃」人選，高等學校學科創新引智基地（111基地）「金融安全與發展」負責人，教育部「全國工商管理優秀教學團隊」負責人，首屆財政部「全國會計學術領軍人才」人選，首屆財政部「會計領軍人才特殊支持計劃」人選，財政部「會計名家培養工程」人選。主要從事公司金融和會計的理論和實證研究，長期關注公司金融、資本市場、行為會計、智能會計等研究領域。在國內外權威學術期刊上發表專業文章40余篇，出版學術專著及教材10余部，承擔國家自然科學基金重點項目，國家社科基金重點項目等10余項，獲得「霍英東教育基金會高等院校青年教師獎」「第六屆高等教育國家級教學成果二等獎」等省部級以上教學科研獎勵9項。
