內容大鋼
    《公路路基路面現場測試規程》(簡稱《規程》)是公路路基路面工程實體質量與性能試驗檢測工作的重要技術標準,主要用於公路工程路基路面的現場測試、施工過程中的質量管理與檢查、施工結束后的竣(交)工驗收,以及道路使用期的路況評定,可供質量監督部門、檢測機構、工程監理及施工企業等使用。1995年由交通部首次發布實施,其前瞻性地引入了當時具有世界先進水平的試驗檢測設備與方法,為中國此後大規模公路網尤其是高速公路建設提供了基礎性保證,在工程設計、施工及養護階段的質量控制、檢驗和評價中發揮了重要作用。《規程》在充分總結中國相關科研成果和大量工程經驗的基礎上,吸收借鑒國際先進的工程測試技術,不斷進行改進與修訂,2008年曾發布修訂版,2019年再次發布新版《規程》,重點對公路路基路面現場測試方法的技術要求進行統一和規範,主要內容包括試驗方法的適用範圍、所用儀器材料的技術要求、測試步驟及數據處理方法等。《規程》以成熟性、先進性和可操作性為基本制定原則,並關注測試方法在工程現場的適應性和經濟性,針對各類質量評價指標,提出適用於不同成本投入、應用場景、準確度需求的多種測試方法,可適用於不同經濟發展階段的公路工程質量控制要求。本英文版的編譯發布便是希望將中國的工程經驗和技術成果與各國同行進行交流分享,為其他國家公路路基路面工程的質量控制與評價工作提供參考借鑒。
