《漢語口語速成》包含《入門篇》(上、下冊)、《基礎篇》(上、下冊)、《提高篇》、《中級篇》、《高級篇》，是一套使用廣泛的短期漢語口語教材。這套教材1999—2000年陸續由北京語言大學出版社出版，2005年修訂再版了《入門篇》(上、下冊)、《基礎篇》、《提高篇》和《中級篇》。第三版由北京大學出版社出版。
《漢語口語速成》是一套備受歡迎的成熟教材，因此，第三版的修訂，主要是修改或更換過時的內容。除此之外，由於《基礎篇》篇幅較大，第三版改為上、下冊；第二版沒有修訂《高級篇》，這次一併修訂。
《漢語口語速成(附光碟入門篇上第3版博雅對外漢語精品教材普通高等教育十一五國家級規劃教材)》為入門篇上冊，適合零起點和初學者學習。兩冊共30課，1-5課為語音部分，自成系統，供使用者選用。6-30課為主課文，涉及辭彙語法大綱中最常用的辭彙、句型和日常生活、學習等交際活動中最基本的交際項目。
