組織發展視角下的外語類大學生課堂參與研究(英文版)

本書基於外語類大學生自我效能、動機與學生課堂參與之間的關係構建概念框架，以社會技能、認知操作、情感應對、綜合型動機和工具型動機為自變數，以大學生課堂參與為因變數（包含認知參與、情感參與和行為參與三個維度），以課堂為載體，運用組織發展的變革理論對學生的課堂參與進行干預，從而探討課堂參與的影響因素，加強學生的課堂參與，提升課堂教學效果。本書內容主要分為三大部分。第一部分，明確學生課堂參與現狀：構建理論模型；第二部分，探索學習型組織理論框架下的有效課堂干預措施：開展行動研究；第三部分，對學生、教師、學校三個層面的建議：貫徹素質教育。本書有助於高校外語教師重新審視並客觀評價大學生課堂參與的影響因素，深化對課堂教學現狀的認識，轉變教學理念，提高課堂教學效果和質量，也為我國現行高等教育質量觀和評價體系提供參考，踐行以「學」為基礎、以「教育過程」為中心的內在質量評價體系，進一步監控和提高課堂教學質量。

黃婷，浙江紹興人。博士，副教授。2020年首批「浙江省高校領軍人才培養計劃」（青年優秀人才）培養對象。近年發表論文有A Study on the Relationship Between L2 Motivational Self-System and Autonomous Learning of English Major Undergraduates、《體驗式學習在大學英語教學中的應用》等10余篇；主持2項省部級課題、5項市廳級課題，參與多項國家級、省部級項目建設。目前主要從事英語教育和語言學的教學與研究工作。
