韓永紅，廣東外語外貿大學法學院教授、法學博士、碩士生導師、副院長，美國威斯康星大學-麥迪遜分校、英國中央蘭開夏大學、日本立命館大學訪問學者。長期從事《國際商法》《國際經濟法》等課程的全英教學工作，在國內較早獨立編著出版《國際商法》（英文版）、《國際貿易法》（英文版）、《國際商法》（雙語版）等系列教材。研究領域為國際經濟法、涉外法治。在《Food and Drug Law Journal》《法學評論》《環球法律評論》等期刊以中英文發表文章50余篇；在人民出版社、中國人民大學出版社等出版《食品安全國際合作法律機制研究》《「一帶一路」法律保障機制研究》《自由貿易試驗區國外相關法律文件編譯》等著作8部；主持國家社科基金項目「我國對外援助基本法構建研究」1項，省部級項目6項，橫向課題10余項。就「一帶一路」法治建設和自由貿易區、自由貿易港法治建設參與撰寫的研究報告獲國家領導人、廣東省委批示，入選《南方智庫專報》。
