中國作為目前全球最大的能源消費國和生產國,可以說已經處於全球能源事務的中心位置,中國對於國際能源問題的全球治理髮揮著越來越重要的影響。本書介紹中國積極推動能源生產和消費方式變革,提高能源綠色、低碳、智能發展水平,努力走出一條清潔、高效、安全、可持續的能源發展之路;同時在積极參与地區性和全球性的能源對話機制與合作進程中,提出一系列新倡議新舉措,如創辦APEC可持續能源中心,探討建立全球能源互聯網等,促進全球能源治理體系向更有效、更高效的方向發展。

劉強,中國社會科學院數量經濟與技術經濟研究所主任,經濟學博士。中國社會科學院全球能源安全智庫論壇秘書長,中國社會科學院數量經濟與技術經濟研究所資源研究室主任,中國社會科學院中國循環經濟與環境評估預測研究中心常務理事、副主任,北京師範大學中國能源與戰略資源研究中心副主任。2012年8月聯合美國能源安全理事會、全球安全研究所(美國)創立全球能源安全智庫論壇(GFES),任秘書長,負責論壇的全面組織工作,至今已經成功舉辦三屆。目前全球能源安全智庫論壇已經成為全球能源安全研究與政策領域的重要國際活動平台,受到各國政府和智庫的高度重視,各國能源部門、駐華使館、智庫、大學、企業多派代表參會。主要研究方向為能源與戰略資源,包括能源安全與政策、水資源、石油價格、新能源、循環經濟等,對宏觀經濟、經濟模型、農村和信息化問題也有研究。
