作者介紹

B.C.里德,Cameron Reed earned his PhD at the University of Waterloo (Canada) and is currently a Professor of Physics at Alma College in Alma, Michigan. He teaches a spectrum of physics classes from freshman-level algebra-based mechanics to senior-level quantum physics. He is the author of approximately 90 published papers; his research interests include galactic structure, pedagogical contributions in quantum and nuclear physics, and the physics and history of the development of nuclear weapons during the Manhattan Project. He lives in Michigan with his wife Laurie (an astronomer) and their cats Leo and Stella.
