陳慶柏、王景仙編著的《大學外貿英語(第4版新世界商務英語系列教材普通高等教育十一五國家級規劃教材)》共由兩大模塊組成。第一大模塊（主課文）的內容有國際貿易理論與實務的方方面面，其中包括：當前席捲全球的世界經濟危機以及一些主要國家為此所採取的緊急應對措施，傳統現代貿易理論介紹，政府對國際貿易的干預，常用的貿易政策及其工具，世界和地區經濟一體化，匯率與國際貿易，國際收支，國際投資與跨國公司，關貿總協定，WTO及其後繼者WTO相關規則，多次進行的多邊貿易談判，多哈回合的最新進展，貿易方式，常用貿易術語，貿易融資，出口商品的運輸與保險和對國際貿易有影響的一些常見的西方商法分支如反傾銷、反補貼、反托拉斯法、產品責任法、國際貨物買賣合同法等核心內容的概述。第二大模塊（輔課文）是近三十篇從英美著名報刊精選的能與第一部分進行互動並能起到加深對其理解的經貿文章。
作者介紹
陳慶柏//王景仙
陳慶柏，對外經濟貿易大學英語學院教授、1965年從對外經貿大學外語系畢業后留校，主要從事商務英語（其中包括法律英語，金融英語和外貿英語）的教學。
1980-1981年，1986-1987年分別被學校選派到美國斯坦福大學和英國倫敦經濟學院研修國際商法和世界經濟，1993年曾以客座教授身份在英國艾克斯大學講學並進一步研修商法。
主要著作有：《美國商業訴訟》（舊金山翻譯公司），《外貿英語手冊》（商務印書館）、《英漢雙解法律詞典》與《金融英語閱讀》（世界圖書出版社）、《涉外法律英語》與《外國銀行法》（法律出版社）、《證券英語》（機械工業出版社）、《國際貿易》（北京語言大學出版社）、《保險英語》與《大學外貿英語》（對外經濟貿易大學出版社）。其中《大學外貿英語》入選為我國「十一五」國家級規劃教材，同時成為新世界商務英語系列教材之一；《大學外貿英語（第二版）》于2009年、2月獲得中國大學出版社協會圖書獎首屆優秀教材二等獎。
