《金銀島(英文版)》講述：Treasure Island is a classic adventure novel narrating a tale of "buccaneers and buried gold." It relates young Jim Hawkins's adventures with a group of pirates who are trying to locate an abandoned treasure trove. Traditionally considered a coming-of-age story, it is a tale known for its atmosphere, characters and action, and also as a wry commentary on the ambiguity of morality--as seen in the leader of the pirates, Long John Silver--unusual for children's literature now and then. It is one of the most frequently dramatized of all novels.
