《天津濱海新區統計年鑒》是一部全面反映天津濱海新區經濟和社會發展情況的權威性工具書，創刊于2000年，以後逐年出版。年鑒以其豐富翔實的統計數據全面反映濱海新區經濟和社會發展情況，為社會各界了解、認識濱海新區提供科學的參考依據。
張殿武、杜洪策主編的《天津濱海新區統計年鑒(附光碟2017中英文對照)(精)》分十一篇，系統收錄了天津濱海新區2016年經濟和社會各方面的統計數據，以及其他重要歷史年份的主要統計數據。為方便讀者使用，書後附有統計指標解釋。全書中英文對照，配有光碟。
年鑒中的主要統計數據來源於統計系統的統計年報、少部分來源於濱海新區有關部門及市相關部門的統計資料。
年鑒中所使用的度量衡單位均採用國際統一標準計量單位，行業分類標準均採用國家標準GB/T4754-2011。
年鑒中數據合計數和相對數由於四捨五入取捨不同而產生的計算誤差，均未做機械調整。
